How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders received by 11am (Pacific Time) Tuesday through Friday usually ship the same business day, and 98% of all orders ship within two business days. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Monday usually ship on Tuesday because Mondays are VERY busy here. We hire lots of additional helpers during the winter holidays, Valentine's Day & Mother's Day so lead time is the same all year round.

How do you ship, and when will I actually receive my order?

Unless you specify otherwise, we ship all orders by UPS Ground. UPS does not ship Ground packages on weekends or holidays. All orders ship from our warehouse in Boise, Idaho.

For example, transit time from our warehouse to Louisiana is 4 business days. That means that if your order ships on Wednesday, you will receive it the following Tuesday.
